Payment Details
Dear Harvest Creek Homeowners,
We are excited to announce the launch of PayHOA.com, a new platform designed to streamline HOA business and communications. This platform gives homeowners real-time access to important information, direct communication with the board, essential documents, online bill pay, voting, and tracking requests, complaints, and architectural reviews.

Account Activation
You will receive an email from PayHOA.com inviting you to activate your account. Please check your spam folder if you have not received the activation email. You can also self-register at the link below:

At sign-up, enter your name, unit address, and email address. Your request will be sent to the board for approval, and once approved, you will receive a follow-up email to activate your account.
Account Balances & Payments
As of February 3, 2025, your unit's account balance has been transferred from Saddle Peak Properties. Your Q1 2025 payment should be reflected in your balance. If you notice any discrepancies, please contact the board, and we will resolve them promptly.
Due to the transition to PayHOA, the due date for the January 1, 2025 quarterly dues of $75 has been extended, and a late fee will apply if your payment is not received before March 1, 2025.
Going forward, quarterly dues of $75 will follow this schedule:

Late Fee Policy: A $25 late fee will be applied to any quarterly payment received on or after the first day of the following month after the due date.
Payment Options
Pay dues using either credit card, debit card, or ACH (direct bank transfers).
AutoPay.
One-time Payments.
Mail Payments: If you prefer to pay by check, print the remittance slip from your PayHOA.com invoice and include it with your check. Make checks payable to Harvest Creek HOA and mail them to the address on the remittance slip.
